More than 11,150 calls and 2,770 applications received in 2022

11,156 calls were received on the Hotline of Gazprom Armenia in 2022. 2,214 applications were received on the official website of the Company and through the official page of Facebook social network — 562 applications. The number of calls and applications received in 2022 has increased by 57% compared to 2021.

A considerable part of the applications were informative inquiries related to the current tariffs for natural gas, planned and emergency gas supply shutdowns, payment procedure for consumed gas and maintenance of in-home gas consumption systems, as well as to the gasification process.

Consumer needs assessment was also carried out based on the results of the content analysis of the feedback information. A number of proposals expressing the expectations of gas consumers were singled out, in particular in terms of improving the quality of services, making the two-way communication between the supplier and the consumer more accessible, creating more convenient platforms for tracking payment transactions, etc.
