More than 750 thousand consumers connected to gas distribution network of the country

January 16, 2023 10:20As of 1 January 2023, according to operative data the total number of gas consumers among the population connected to the gas distribution network of the country has made 750,544, of which 400,199 — in multi-storey buildings (apartments), 350,345 — in private houses.

In January-December of last year, the number of gas consumers connected to the gas distribution network of the country has increased by 13,337.

At present, 644 settlements use natural gas in the territory of the Republic of Armenia, of which 596 — rural, 48 — urban.
