In the second accounting half of 2023, maintenance of gas consumption systems carried out for 698,256 consumers

February 19, 2024 12:43According to the Resolution № 95-N of the Public Services Regulation Commission of the Republic of Armenia dated July 8, 2005 «On Approval of the Rules for the Supply and Use of Natural Gas», maintenance of gas consumption systems shall be carried out at least twice a year — once in the period from October 1 to April 1 (1st accounting half of the year) and once in the period from April 1 to October 1 (2nd accounting half of the year).
In the period from April 1 to October 1, 2023 (2nd accounting half of the year) AEG Service LLC of CJSC Gazprom Armenia actually performed technical maintenance of gas consumption systems for 698,256 consumers.

During the specified period, the specialists of AEG Service LLC discovered 361,775 violations in the household gas consumption systems of 215,301 consumers, of which 211,253 were related to non-compliance and violation of safety standards of 120,805 gas consumers.
As of September 30, 2023, due to closed doors maintenance was not provided to 56,077 gas consumers.

During the specified period, 8,525 telephone calls were received from consumers, on the basis of which relevant unscheduled repair work was performed, as well as 976 additional unscheduled maintenance was carried out.
