Results of the GGB current activities presented

February 14, 2024 09:03Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia Ashot Hakobyan held a meeting at which the results of the activities of Gasification and Gas supply Branches (GGB) in January of the current year were presented.

In terms of collection of payments for natural gas supplied to consumers during the reporting period, it was noted that the corresponding indicators remain positive high for resident consumers and large gas consumers, as well as for technical maintenance of the gas consumption system.

During the meeting, reference was made to the operation and maintenance of the gas distribution system facilities. The Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia noted that measures were already being taken to introduce modern technologies, which would contribute to increasing the efficiency of the mentioned works.

«In particular, the use of tablets and GPS devices is planned when servicing gas pipelines of the distribution network, which is one of the components of the program aimed at digitizing our production processes,» noted Ashot Hakobyan.

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the issues related to the safety of the gas consumption systems of consumers, and it was instructed to continue the consistent work in this direction, especially in terms of eliminating violations related to safety alarm devices and shut-off valves.
