Four students will study at the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas with Gazprom Armenia support
According to the current personnel policy, at the personal request of the Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia Ashot Hakobyan and with the active support of the Federal Agency for Commonwealth of Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation in Yerevan (“Rossotrudnichestvo”), four students were admitted to the Faculty for Design, Construction and Operation of Gas Pipelines, Gas-Oil Storages of the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas without taking entrance exams.
In its turn, the Company has developed and approved Regulations for the payment of scholarships to student, in which the rights and responsibilities of students are outlined in detail.
According to the approved Regulations, in order to ensure the full process of study, in addition to the state scholarship the students will receive an additional scholarship from the Company. At the same time, the students’ incentive procedure has also been developed, according to which, in case of high academic progress, the scholarship paid by the Company can be increased by more than 30%.
In addition, the Company has developed a Contract, according to which, after graduating from the University, the students will get a corresponding job at Gazprom Armenia.
Within the personnel policy of training students for targeted professions, as well as professional generation change, replenishment of staff with professional young personnel, the Company plans to further develop cooperation with the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, organizing the training of promising young people at the University every year.
