Congratulation message of the Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia H. Tadevosyan on the occasion of the professional holiday

For more than two decades, we have proudly carried our professional calling. The collective result of the work implemented over the past years is significant and valuable — due to that work, the Company has played a key role in the establishment and development of the Armenian gas and energy sector, as well as in ensuring energy security. We confidently speak from a leading position today, continuing our work as an important participant in the economic life of the country, as a major taxpayer and a system-creating company.

We have implemented investment programs and projects during our 25 years of activity, that are unprecedented in Armenia with their volumes and significance. Among those major projects are the construction of the Iran-Armenia main gas transmission pipeline, the completion of Hrazdan-5 Power Unit construction and modernization and the high level of gasification of the country — about 96 percent. We value each of our achievement since tremendous and extremely complicated work has been required to achieve it. We did not get all that easily, we have gone through a difficult way of establishment, solving many engineering and technical problems related to our professional activities. We can already say with confidence that today we have created solid and sustainable bases for moving forward on the path of development.

It should be specially emphasized that the implementation of all our programs, projects and initiatives was made possible thanks to the trust and comprehensive support constantly provided by the management of JSC Gazprom and the Government of the Republic of Armenia. In this context, I would like to feature the General Scheme for Gas Supply and Gasification of the Republic of Armenia, which provides for major repair, reconstruction works and actions of gas transportation and gas distribution system facilities. Both the volume of works and the implemented capital investments significantly exceed the similar indicators of previous years, and I am sure that we will be able to implement all the planned projects with high efficiency and full volume.

Dear Colleagues,

Thanks to the team work created in Gazprom Armenia, our staff shows a firm will to continue its daily hard, systematic and important work, ensuring uninterrupted and reliable gas supply to gas consumers of the country, which is carried out at a proper level even in force majeure situations.

I would like to express my special thanks to our veterans, who have made an invaluable contribution to the establishment and development of the Company and the gas energy sector of the country in general.
