Comprehensive works planned within the framework of the investment program of CJSC Gazprom Armenia for 2022–2026 continue at the facilities of the gas transportation system.
Within the framework of the investment program for the next five years, the most significant and important are the works and measures aimed at increasing the volumes of natural gas storage at the Abovyan Underground Gas Storage Station (UGSS).
Major repairs of three gas wells, current repairs of gas engine compressors, 3-stage gas air-cooled devices, gas separation unit, as well as current repairs of technological units, equipment and engineering infrastructures of the station and other works are being carried out at Abovyan UGSS this year.
