In 2024, gas consumption systems were technically serviced for 725,138 Subscribers

February 6, 2025 15:00In 2024, specialists from AEG-Service LLC, a subsidiary of Gazprom Armenia CJSC, performed technical servicing of gas consumption systems for 725,138 subscribers.

According to the decision of the Public Services Regulation Commission of the Republic of Armenia No95-N dated 08.07.2005. «On Approval of the Rules for the Supply and Use of Natural Gas», maintenance of gas consumption systems is carried out at least twice a year — once in the period from October 1 to April 1 (the first accounting half of the year) and once in the period from April 1 to October 1 (the second accounting half of the year).

Over the past year, inspections of residential gas systems for 256,801 subscribers revealed 689,982 violations, of which 416,699 were related to breaches of safety regulations affecting 165,144 subscribers.

As of December 31, 2024, servicing could not be completed for 56,965 subscribers due to inaccessible premises (i.e., closed doors).

Additionally, during the same period, 17,509 calls were received from subscribers, leading to unplanned repair work, and unscheduled maintenance was also carried out on 9,685 occasions.
