Gazprom Armenia CJSC Donates Modern Office Equipment to Regional Offices of the “Rossia” Non-Governmental Organization operating in the Republic of Armenia

Within the framework of its social policy, Gazprom Armenia CJSC continues to support charitable, educational, and humanitarian initiatives.

The next in turn initiative was supporting “Rossia” Non-Governmental Organization of the Republic of Armenia, to which computers, multifunctional printers and projectors were handed over.

As Ms.Yelena Hakopyan, Chair of the “Rossia” Non-Governmental Organization of the Republic of Armenia, noted the regional offices of Russian compatriots in Armenia will be equipped with modern office equipment.

“Gazprom Armenia consistently pays special attention to humanitarian initiatives and has for many years supported Russian compatriots residing in Armenia. Today, we have received a generous donation of office equipment — computers, printers, and projectors — which are in great demand at our regional offices and will assist our staff in their work,” emphasized the Chair of the “Rossia” Non-Governmental Organization of the Republic of Armenia.

The “Rossia” Non-Governmental Organization of the Republic of Armenia carries out educational, cultural, and charitable initiatives, and works with youth and children, as well as with veterans of war and labor. Branches of the “Rossia” Non-Governmental Organization of the Republic of Armenia operate in various regions of Armenia, including Gyumri, Vanadzor, Stepanavan, Alaverdi, Armavir, Etchmiadzin, Yeghegnadzor, Noyemberyan, Ijevan, Gavar, Dilijan, Sevan, Abovyan, and Charentsavan. Since 1997, the organization has operated the Slavyanskaya Secondary School, where instruction is conducted in Russian.
