Congratulation message of the Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of Gazprom Armenia Ashot Hakobyan on the professional holiday

The first Sunday of September is approaching again, when we traditionally celebrate our professional holiday — the day of Gas System Workers, which unites more than seven thousand people in the Gazprom Armenia group of companies.

Our large team is a team of professionals, responsible and conscientious people, whose daily work allows us to ensure reliable and uninterrupted gas supply to consumers, making a significant contribution to the strengthening of Armenia's energy security. At present, Gazprom Armenia plays a key role both in the energy sector and in the entire economy of the country, being one of the major taxpayers and employers of Armenia.

We continue to confidently move forward and implement our large-scale projects within the framework of the General Scheme of Gasification and Gas Supply of the Republic of Armenia and investment programs, the results of which create a solid foundation for further stable development of the gas, energy sectors and a number of other related fields.

Active construction of new multi-apartment buildings in Yerevan and other cities and settlements of the country means that in the coming years new gas consumption systems will be connected to gas distribution networks and the number of gas consumers will increase, therefore the volume of work in all areas of our activity will increase as well. I am confident that all these tasks will be completely implemented; all production programs will be carried out in full and within the specified time.

I would like to note that Gazprom Armenia is purposefully and consistently moving towards digitalization of production and work processes, implementation of modern technologies and innovative solutions, which will significantly increase the efficiency of our activities, bring the quality of our work to a completely new level. Technological development is one of the priority goals of Gazprom Armenia today.

In general, we have set a good pace of work, which we need not only to maintain, but also to increase as much as possible.

I congratulate all of us on the Day of Gas System Workers, and wish you new success and achievements in our responsible, difficult and very important work!

I would like to congratulate our veterans with all my heart on this holiday — people whose work biography and extensive professional experience are a good example for young specialists. We will always appreciate your work and significant contribution to the establishment and development of our company.

In addition, I wish our young specialists to always strive to improve their professional skills and knowledge, which is the key to achieving great success at work.
