Ashot Hakobyan: Work within the framework of the current year production programs should be performed with high quality

April 16, 2024 15:32Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia Ashot Hakobyan held an extended meeting with participation of Deputy General Directors, Heads of structural subdivisions, Heads of Directors of Gas supply and Gasification Branches (GGB), Engineering Center Branch and AEG Service LLC.

During the meeting, the results of the production and economic activity of the GG Branches in March were reviewed and issues related to the organization of works planned by the Company’s production programs for 2024 were discussed.

Before discussing the main issues, the Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of Gazprom Armenia noted that on March 28, the first retreat meeting was held at the Abovyan Gasification and Gas Supply Branch; this format gives an opportunity to get acquainted directly on the site with the actual problems arising during the work of the Branch, to study the ways of solving them.

«The practice of holding offsite meetings will be continued, we plan to hold the next meetings in Geharkunik region — in Gavar and Martuni GG Branches. In this regard, I propose to the Directors of GGB and the Heads of structural subdivisions to prepare an agenda for meetings, recording all the urgent issues related to the activities of GGB, which will make it possible to solve the priority and main problems more efficiently and promptly», noted Ashot Hakobyan.

In terms of the Company’s production programs for the current year, the Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director emphasized that the planned construction and repair work at the gas transportation system and gas distribution network facilities should be carried out in accordance with the approved schedule.

“All work should be completed within the stipulated time and with high quality. It is necessary to pay special attention to the major repair of the main gas transmission pipelines, especially to the replacement of the insulation coating and therefore to the quality of the purchased insulation materials," said A. Hakobyan.

Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia Ashot Hakobyan instructed the relevant structural subdivisions and the Construction Control Service of the Engineering Center Branch to carry out daily monitoring of the quality of work performed.
