In these difficult days for the people of Russia, together with you we are experiencing the pain of irreparable loss and mourning the untimely loss of the innocent victims.
We send our condolences and words of support to the relatives and friends of the victims and wish the injured a speedy recovery.
We strongly condemn the recent terrorist act against peaceful citizens and express our solidarity with the Russian people,» the telegram said.
