Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation A. Overchuk visited the Educational-Sport Complex of Gazprom Armenia

December 18, 2023 16:40On December 15, within the scope of his visit to the Republic of Armenia, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexey Overchuk visited the Educational — Sport Complex (ESC) of CJSC Gazprom Armenia.

During the introductory visit, the guest was accompanied by the Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia Ashot Hakobyan and the Director of the Educational — Sport Complex Aleksander Grigoryan.

The Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation got acquainted with the activities of the ESC school, visited the library, where the «Moscow Corner» was opened with the support of the «Moscow House» Cultural and Business Center in Yerevan.

Among the guests were also Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Konstantin Mogilevsky, Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Denis Gribov, Deputy Head of Rossotrudnichestvo Pavel Shevtsov and the General Director of the «Moscow House» Cultural and Business Center in Yerevan Vahram Karapetyan.

On behalf of the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergei Kravtsov, the Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation presented letters of thanks to ESC Director Aleksander Grigoryan and to the Director of the «Moscow House» Cultural and Business Center in Yerevan Vahram Karapetyan for their contribution to the strengthening of Armenian-Russian relations.

Thanks to the assistance of PJSC Gazprom, the Educational — Sport Complex was opened in Yerevan a few years ago, which is an important social and educational project of Gazprom and an investment in the education of future generations.
