Gas supply system of the country is ready for operation during the 2023–2024 autumn — winter period

November 14, 2023 17:36Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia Ashot Hakobyan held an extended meeting, which was attended by the Directors of Gasification and Gas supply Branches and Subsidiaries, as well as the Heads of Departments.

During the meeting, issues related to the plan of activities for preparing the operation of gas transmission system facilities in the autumn-winter period of 2023–2024 and the work carried out were discussed.

The gas supply system of the country is ready for reliable and uninterrupted operation in the autumn-winter period of 2023–2024, including during periods of peak loads. Necessary measures have been taken to ensure uninterrupted and trouble-free gas supply to consumers in winter, as well as to regulate seasonal and peak gas consumption imbalances.

Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia Ashot Hakobyan paid special attention to issues related to reliable and safe gas supply to customers, improving the quality of services provided, instructed to continue the joint work with AEG Service LLC, which performs technical maintenance of the in-house gas consumption system, to timely identify the cases of violations of safety norms in the apartments and private houses of gas consumers and to quickly take the necessary measures to eliminate those violations.

During the meeting, a number of production and economic agenda issues were discussed and relevant recommendations and instructions were given.
