Gazprom Armenia pays special attention to ensuring reliable, uninterrupted and safe gas supply to consumers
Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia Ashot Hakobyan held a meeting in which both the Directors of the Gasification, gas supply branches and Subsidiaries took part.
During the meeting, the results of production activities in the first quarter of 2023, as well as works and programs planned for the current year were considered, in relation to which relevant instructions were given on the implementation of the planned activities.
Special attention was paid to issues related to ensuring reliable, uninterrupted and safe gas supply to customers, improving the quality of services provided.
Regarding the problems in the field of operation of gas transmission and gas distribution system facilities, the Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia mentioned that the completed and ongoing works give positive results in terms of the dynamics of reducing the inevitable technological losses of natural gas.
It was also noted that the works planned under the Major Repair Plan on the main gas pipelines and the distribution network should be carried out in full volume to improve the reliability and safety of the gas supply system as a whole.
Regarding the natural gas sale and distribution, Ashot Hakobyan instructed to continue consistent work to reduce the receivables of gas consumers.
Chairman of the Management Committee — General Director of CJSC Gazprom Armenia also pointed out the need to properly ensure the process of calibration of gas meters strictly in accordance with the established procedure.
During the meeting, other issues were also considered and relevant instructions were given.
