More than 3,900 calls and applications received in the first quarter of 2023
3,367 calls were received on the Hotline of Gazprom Armenia in the first quarter of 2023 —1,244 more than in the same period last year. 420 applications were received on the official website of the Company through the «Feedback» section and through the official page of Facebook social network — 129 messages.A considerable part of the applications were informative inquiries related to the current tariffs for natural gas, planned and emergency gas supply shutdowns, payment procedure for consumed gas and maintenance of in-house gas consumption systems, as well as to the gasification procedure.
Written applications were registered and transferred to the relevant departments. Following the consideration of inquiries by the specialists of Gazprom Armenia, written responses were given within specified time limits.
