1,674 calls received on “hotline” telephone in 2019

In 2019 1,674 calls were received on “hotline” telephone of CJSC Gazprom Armenia. Considerable part of the calls made applications of informative character, related to the tariff, gas supply shutdown and maintenance of in-house gas equipment.

Each call received from the consumer is recorded and forwarded to appropriate subdivisions. According to the feedback monitoring results the significant part of the raised problems has received relevant solutions.

Hotline ensures communication with consumers and allows you to respond promptly to consumers’ questions.
