More than 2,400 calls and applications received in the first quarter of 2022
In the first quarter of 2022, 2,123 calls were received on the Hotline of Gazprom Armenia, — 750 more than in the same period last year. 233 applications were received on the official website of the Company through the «Feedback» section and through the official page of Facebook social network — 85 messages.A considerable part of the applications were informative inquiries related to the current tariffs for natural gas, planned and emergency gas supply shutdowns, payment procedure for consumed gas and maintenance of in-home gas consumption systems, as well as to the gasification process.
Written applications were registered and transmitted to the relevant departments. Following the consideration of inquiries by the specialists of Gazprom Armenia, written responses were given within specified time limits.
